Dieses Jahr habe ich ein Stück meines Herzens an Frankfurt verloren. Gleich zweimal durfte ich die Banker-Image Stadt besuchen. Einmal zur Arbeit auf einer Textilmesse; einmal zum Vergnügen auf einer Exkursion. Heute gibt es wieder Neuigkeiten aus dem Süden – es hat ein wunderbarer Frankfurter online Shop gelauncht: Collection No.2

This year I lost a piece of my heart to Frankfurt. Already two times this year I’ve spent a week there. Once for work at a textile convention and secondly for the purpose of an excursion from a university course. Now I have different kind of news from down there, cause an amazing new online shop has just launched: Collection No.2

Warum erinnert mich der Vintage online Shop an die schwedische Kette & Other Stories? Ähnlich wie beim Fast Fashion unternehmen, werden die Bilder schlicht, aber effektiv vor einem Vorhang fotografiert – tolle Bilder!
Why does this online Shop remind me of & Other Stories? Simple: the photos are taken in front of a plain curtain, which let the product appear clearly but is not boring at all – similar to & other Stories. I already loved this way of presenting clothes at the swedish fast fashion brand, but this is even better – great pictures!

Und warum ist es sogar noch viel besser? Weil die Kleidung Vintage ist! Dieser Second-Hand Kleidung wird ein neues Leben gegeben.
Die Gründerin Karoline Frieda Degering sammelt ausgewählte Vintage Schätze und kreiert außerdem wunderschönen, handgemachten Schmuck, den ihr auch hier bei uns sogar schonmal gewinnen konntet. Jetzt ist der Online Shop endlich gelauncht und wir sind ganz begeistert! Bei Collection No.2 werde ich sicherlich regelmäßig mal vorbei schauen. Meine erste Bestellung ist ja schon angekommen.

The founder and creative mind behind it, Karoline Frieda Degering, has assembled vintage pieces from flea markets and second hand shop to present to you the best possible selection. She also sells handmade jewelry, which you could already win at fashionfika a few months back. Collection No. 2 is definitely one of my online shopping adresses in the future and I already received my first ordern.
